A very successful property development company wanted some help in developing its management style and in particular in developing the proficiency of an already very successful management team.
It was obviously necessary to ensure that the impact of this was programme was to build on a successful formula.

Each of the Executives took part in a bespoke, on-line, 360 degree feedback exercise which produced an individual report for each manager on strengths and development needs. These were “real-world” reports which were taken as such by the participants.

An Executive Coaching programme was put in place which helped each manager to identify his personal and career objectives. Additionally, each Manager was provided with off-the job training individually tailored to development needs.

This was backed up by a generic programme aimed at developing quality consciousness and customer awareness amongst all employees.
