Your HR Department is owned and managed by Richard McNamara. Richard qualified in Business Studies at the City of London College and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Richard has many years experience as an HR Director and has worked in manufacturing, distribution and financial services. He was until March 2004 the Director of HR Services in an AIM listed accountancy practice providing business and financial advice to small and medium sized companies throughout England and Scotland. He frequently works internationally and regularly speaks on HR issues at conferences and seminars.
